Art Department for Pilot

Looking for an Art Assistant for a pilot shoot, paid $150-300/day for approximately 10-12 days of work, primarily in early November 2026. This is for an independent production, a dark comedy pilot with surreal elements, focusing on a young woman's absurd journey through modern corporate life. We're aiming for a distinctive visual style, blending mundane reality with subtle, quirky fantasy touches. Your main responsibilities will include assisting the Production Designer and Art Director with set dressing, prop sourcing, organization, and on-set art duties. This is an entry-level position, so a great opportunity to get hands-on experience. We need someone who is resourceful, organized, and has an eye for detail. Basic understanding of film set etiquette is a plus. Reliable transportation within Vancouver, BC is essential.
