Camera for Pilot

We need a skilled 2nd AC for a pilot episode shooting in Toronto. This is an ambitious independent production, a drama with strong thriller elements, exploring themes of surveillance and paranoia. The tone is dark, gritty, and visually driven. We're looking for someone who can confidently manage camera loads, slates, and assist the 1st AC and DP on set, ensuring smooth and organized camera operations. Key responsibilities include preparing and organizing camera equipment, marking talent, slating, managing media, and assisting with camera builds and breakdowns. You should have a professional camera kit including a slate, tape measure, and essential tools. Experience on narrative projects, especially pilots or features, is a must. We're providing craft services and lunch daily, and looking for someone who can be a dedicated part of our camera team.
