Senior UPM, Feature Film (Miami)

Seeking an experienced Unit Production Manager (UPM) to lead production logistics for an upcoming independent feature film. This project is a character-driven psychological thriller with a unique visual style, exploring themes of isolation and perception. We need a UPM ready to hit the ground running, bringing their expertise to manage budgets, schedules, and crew operations from day one. You will be responsible for overseeing all on-set logistics, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring a smooth workflow. This includes managing daily calls, overseeing location needs, and handling vendor relations. We are looking for someone with at least 5+ feature film UPM credits. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a calm demeanor under pressure are essential. Production will provide office space, production vehicles, and all necessary software. Shoot dates are approximately 4-5 weeks in November 2026, preceded by about 3-4 weeks of prep starting mid-October 2026. This is a full-time commitment during prep and principal photography, typically 12-14 hour days.
