1st AC, Nashville Music Video

Seeking an experienced 1st AC for a 1-2 day music video shoot in Nashville during the first half of November 2026. This is a paid position, offering $500-800/day. We're working on an independent production for an emerging pop artist. The video will be visually driven with a vibrant, energetic tone, incorporating practical effects and dynamic camera work to capture a modern, slightly surreal feel. We're aiming for something fresh and eye-catching. Key responsibilities include precise focus pulling, managing camera equipment, and assisting the DP on set. You'll be expected to prepare the camera package, ensure all accessories are ready, and maintain a smooth workflow during shooting. We're looking for someone with a strong technical understanding of cinema cameras (Arri Alexa Mini LF, Sony Venice, or similar) and prime lens kits, along with a solid reel demonstrating your focus pulling skills. While we will provide the main camera body and a basic lens kit, preference will be given to candidates who can bring additional useful gear, like a follow focus system or wireless video transmission. Shoot days will be long, likely 10-12 hours, with some potential for night shooting. Meals and craft services will be provided on set.
