VFX for Music Video

An artist explores a fantastical, neon-drenched cityscape in this synthwave-inspired music video. We're looking for a mid-level VFX Artist to join our passionate independent production for an upcoming project. This is a unique opportunity to create impactful visual effects on a highly stylized music video, pushing creative boundaries with a dedicated team. Key responsibilities include creating and integrating 2D and 3D visual effects, rotoscoping, green screen keying, motion graphics, and general compositing to bring our futuristic world to life. You'll be working closely with the director to achieve the desired aesthetic and enhance the narrative visually. Candidates should have a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant experience in music videos, commercials, or short films. Proficiency with industry-standard software like After Effects, Nuke, Blender, or Cinema 4D is essential. While we don't require specific gear, access to your own workstation and software is expected. We anticipate principal photography to be completed by early December 2026, with post-production including VFX work primarily in December 2026 and early January 2027. The schedule will be flexible, with an estimated 3-4 weeks of intermittent work. This is a volunteer, passion project, ideal for someone looking to expand their reel and collaborate on a vibrant artistic vision.
