Senior Colorist, Pilot (NYC)

We are seeking a senior colorist for an independent dramatic sci-fi pilot currently in post-production. This project explores complex themes of artificial intelligence and human connection, featuring a moody, atmospheric visual style that requires a nuanced and sophisticated color grade to truly come alive. Your work will be crucial in defining the look and feel of this ambitious story. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with the Director and DP to establish the final performing primary and secondary color correction, noise reduction, and ensuring technical specifications for delivery. We're looking for someone with extensive experience in DaVinci Resolve Studio (with their own license and setup), a strong understanding of color theory, and an exceptional eye for detail. Experience with HDR workflows is a plus. Please provide a link to your reel showcasing your best work on narrative projects. This is a paid position offering $300-500/day. We anticipate around 3 weeks of work, starting approximately in mid-October 2026. This will be an in-person role at a post-production facility in New York, NY, which will be provided.
