Audio Alts/Metadata Workflow - Your Secret Sauce for Smoother Delivery?

Hey everyone,

I'm Kevin, an AD, and I'm always looking for ways to streamline our post-production handoff, especially with audio. We're currently shooting a short film on an ALEXA Mini with an FX6 for some B-cam stuff, and our sound recordist is using an MKH 416, sending scratch to camera and recording ISOs on their own deck. The goal is always a super clean delivery to editorial and sound mixing.

I feel like I've read all the 'best practices' guides out there regarding prepping production audio, but sometimes there's that one specific, small tweak that makes a monumental difference. For those of you who've really nailed your audio prep and delivery workflow (particularly around managing 'Alts' or enriching 'Metadata') what's one specific step or personal system you've integrated that has genuinely saved you headaches down the line? I'm talking about that 'secret sauce' that makes your post team love you.

What's your killer tip for making sure those audio files are perfectly organized for delivery?
