Cinematography for Music Video

We are seeking a skilled 1st AC (Camera Assistant) for an independent music video project, a vibrant, high-energy pop/R&B track with stylish, dynamic visuals. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a creative team and help bring a fresh artistic vision to life. As 1st AC, you will be responsible for maintaining precise focus, managing camera equipment, setting up and breaking down camera systems, and assisting the Director of Photography on set. You'll ensure all camera gear is in top working order and ready for each shot. We're looking for someone with experience handling professional cinema cameras (e.g., Arri, RED, Sony FX series) and a keen eye for detail. While a formal reel isn't strictly required for this support role, please be prepared to discuss your previous experience and share any relevant work or projects you've been a part of. The approximate shoot dates are 1-2 days in the second half of October 2026. We're looking for someone local to Montreal, QC. Your rate will be $300-500 per day, dependent on experience. Camera package will be provided, but any personal gear you bring (e.g., follow focus, monitors) is a bonus.
