Directing for Corporate Video

Seeking a Director for a 1-day corporate video shoot planned for the second half of October 2026. This is a deferred pay position for an independent production. We're creating a short, engaging brand story for a tech startup, showcasing their innovative product in a sleek, modern, and inspiring tone. The video will be primarily interview-driven with B-roll capturing product interaction and office environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing all creative aspects, guiding interview subjects, managing the small crew on set, and ensuring the video aligns with the client's vision and brand messaging. We need someone who can bring a fresh perspective to corporate storytelling and make potentially dry material feel dynamic. Applicants must have prior experience directing similar corporate or commercial projects and possess a strong visual sense. Please provide a directing reel demonstrating your ability to execute polished, professional content. While we'll have basic camera and lighting packages, directors with access to additional, specialized gear are a plus. Shoot will be about 10-12 hours on set, with a half-day prep meeting beforehand. Lunch and craft services will be provided on shoot day.
