Post-Production for Music Video

We are seeking a talented Editor for an upcoming music video project for an established alternative rock band. This high-energy piece will blend stylized performance footage with abstract, kinetic visuals, aiming for a raw, impactful aesthetic. We need someone who can craft a dynamic narrative and visual rhythm that complements the track’s intensity. Your primary responsibility will be assembling, cutting, and refining raw footage into a polished final product, incorporating effects and transitions as needed. We are looking for mid-level experience, someone with a strong reel showcasing their music video or short-form narrative work. You should be proficient in industry-standard editing software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer) and ideally have some experience with color grading basics to ensure consistency. A reliable high-speed internet connection and a editing workstation are essential, as this is a remote-friendly position. The shoot is scheduled for late October 2026, with an estimated 2-3 weeks of post-production work following immediately after. Daily rate is $1000-1500, paid weekly. All raw footage and project assets will be provided digitally. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute creatively to an independent production.
