Art Assistant, London Corporate Video

An independent production is seeking an Art Assistant to join our small team for an upcoming corporate video project in London. We're producing a sleek, modern, and engaging explainer video for a tech startup, showcasing their innovative software. We need someone who can help bring a polished, contemporary visual aesthetic to our sets. This is a great opportunity to gain experience on a fast-paced production. We're looking for someone with a good eye for detail and practical hands-on skills to support the Art Director. Key responsibilities include prop sourcing and management, set dressing, assisting with light construction or modification, and ensuring the set is maintained throughout the shoot. Experience working on corporate or commercial productions is preferred, and ideally you have basic knowledge of carpentry or prop modification. A portfolio or examples of previous work in art department roles would be beneficial. The shoot itself is expected to be 1-2 days in early November 2026, with 2-3 days of prep work beforehand. Exact dates TBD but will be confirmed well in advance. We provide all necessary materials and tools for the art department. The day rate for this position is between $100-200, depending on experience.
