Art Department for Corporate Video

An independent production team is seeking an experienced Prop Master for an upcoming corporate video project in Atlanta, GA. This project is a series of engaging, clean, and modern explainer videos showcasing a new tech product. We're aiming for a polished, professional aesthetic with a touch of contemporary design. As Prop Master, you'll be responsible for sourcing, managing, and organizing all props required for our scenes. Key responsibilities include working closely with the Art Director to understand visual needs, managing prop budgets, ensuring props are on set and ready for use, and handling returns or storage post-shoot. You'll need to be highly organized and have a keen eye for detail to maintain our desired aesthetic. Applicants should have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Prop Master or in a similar art department role, preferably with experience on corporate or commercial productions. While no personal gear is strictly required beyond a basic toolkit, a strong portfolio or reel demonstrating your prop handling and sourcing skills is a must. Availability for a 1-2 day shoot, likely in the first half of December 2026, is essential, with prep days preceding the shoot. Compensation for this role is TBD, based on experience.
