Entry Locations Assistant, Austin Commercial Shoot

Seeking an enthusiastic Entry Locations Assistant for a dynamic commercial shoot in Austin, TX. This project is for an independent production promoting a local business, with a fun, upbeat tone. We need someone who can hit the ground running with practical support and organization on set. Key responsibilities include assisting the Locations Manager with site prep and breakdown, managing crafty setups, ensuring clear communication between departments regarding location needs, and helping maintain a clean and safe set environment. You will be helping to coordinate access, direct crew, and handle general runners tasks specific to location needs. No specific gear required, but reliable transportation is a must. Prior experience on a set is preferred but not strictly necessary for the right attitude and work ethic. A quick phone chat will be part of the selection process instead of a traditional reel. This is a 1-2 day shoot, likely around November 9, 2026. Working hours will be standard 10-12 hour days. Lunch, snacks, and water will be provided on set.
