Locations for Corporate Video

A Bristol-based corporate video exploring innovative tech solutions needs a savvy Locations Scout and Manager to join our independent production. This project aims to showcase a local startup's cutting-edge AI, presenting it with a clean, modern, and slightly futuristic aesthetic, requiring visually interesting contemporary spaces. Your responsibilities will include researching and securing suitable shooting locations around Bristol (offices, labs, modern homes, unique industrial spaces), negotiating access, obtaining permits if necessary, and managing logistics on shoot days, ensuring the space is ready and accessible for the crew. We're looking for someone with an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to find compelling backdrops. Any experience level is welcome; enthusiasm and a proactive approach are key. We're open to individuals or small teams. You should have your own transport for scouting, and a portfolio or examples of previous location work (even if from student films or personal projects) would be a plus. This is a partnership opportunity, offering co-producer credit and backend participation, suitable for someone looking to build their reel and contribute creatively. Prep work will begin in mid-November 2026, with an estimated 1-2 day shoot in late November 2026. We'll provide a modest budget for location fees and permits.
