Locations Manager, Miami Commercial

This is for a high-energy, visually driven commercial promoting a new health and wellness product. We need a seasoned Locations Manager to join our independent production team. You'll be responsible for scouting and securing all shooting locations within the Miami area, primarily looking for modern, clean, and vibrant interiors and exteriors suitable for fitness and lifestyle content. This includes managing location agreements, permits, and ensuring smooth access and logistics on shoot days. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the director and producer to understand the creative vision, presenting scouted options with photos and practical details, negotiating usage fees, and overseeing location management during filming. We're looking for someone with extensive experience in commercial locations, a strong network in Miami, and excellent problem-solving skills. You should be proactive and detail-oriented. Shoot dates are approximately 10-12 days over a three-week period in November 2026. Compensation is $100-200 per 10-hour day, commensurate with experience.
