Locations for Music Video

A high-energy, indie-pop music video featuring vibrant visuals and a dynamic dance sequence needs a dedicated Locations Coordinator for a 1-2 day shoot. We're a small production company working on an upcoming project for an independent artist, and we're looking for someone to help us secure the perfect backdrops. You'll be responsible for scouting potential outdoor and indoor spots around Austin, coordinating access and permits if needed, and managing logistics on shoot days, ensuring the crew has what they need at each location. We're aiming for principal photography in November 2026. This role is crucial for our visual storytelling. We need someone with at least mid-level experience in locations for music videos or short films, a good knowledge of Austin, and strong organizational skills. You should be proactive, resourceful, and a great communicator. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential, and familiarity with basic location agreements is a plus. We’ll provide production support, mileage reimbursement, and a clear vision for the project. This is a paid position, offering $150-300 per day.
